Jubilate Trego is a tribute to William Trego, much-loved director of the Princeton High School Choir from 1964 to 1992 and director of the Freshman Singers at Princeton University. The film includes interviews with Trego's colleagues and former students as well as archival footage and sound clips of the Princeton High School Choir under his direction. In addition, it features a memorial concert to honor Trego that was held at Princeton University Chapel on November 17, 2018 with the Princeton High School Choir, Princeton University Glee Club, and a choir of alumni singers. "This film is a tribute to the life and work of a great and much admired artist, as well as a meditation on what it is to serve something bigger than one's self. A labor of love from filmmaker Brad Mays, this film is, at turns, funny, inspirational, and forward-looking, and features some of the best choral music ever recorded"--Container.
