I really enjoyed this. I'm not a huge fan of romantic comedies but I very much liked this lighthearted, nerdy, arranged marriage plot starring two Indian teenagers. Dimple isn't interested in marriage. She'd about to start university and she just wants to win this massive coding competition as a step up to pursuing her dreams. Rishi is all for an arranged marriage as pleasing his parents and being a good and proper son is very important to him. His younger brother isn't going to do it, after all. Their first meeting is memorable for all the wrong reasons but is endearing, as the two of them are through the whole novel. There are traditions and cultures at work here but also sexism, consent, tech culture, and that wonderful thing called life. Even when it gets serious everything is dealt with lightly. The book never forgets what it is. I loved it and highly recommend it to everyone.
