Super fancy; the pictures look great. He goes into a lot of detail on preparing a variety of meats. There are a lot of dishes and pretty much every one has a picture. The recipes are divided into sections like appetizers, meats, pastas, vegetarian, potatoes, salads, desserts, etc. I thought the 4 brussel sprout recipes looked good as well as the 4 flavored butters, but I wouldn't attempt much else from this collection unless I'm feeling extremely competent and want to try to make my own pasta dough and ragu sauce for homemade raviolis. Altogether, the book is quite large; there are two bookmark ribbons attached.
