I admit I've read so many books about this sort of thing that they all start to sound the same. There's a good bit of new research in this book, and it's easy to read and really enjoyable, but after hearing the author plug his book on podcast after podcast, I feel like I've already read it. So I only read about the first third. Maybe someday I'll get back to it. Like if I have a lobotomy and forgot all this that I've already heard and read and known just by being curious about how to be a good person in the world. Skip reading it and remember that you're at your best in the morning, worst in the afternoon, and better in the evening. But you probably already knew that.
