Another book in the series by Bonny Becker and Kady MacDonald Denton in which the good-natured Mouse introduces the irascible and reluctant Bear to a new concept: the library. The fun begins as Mouse cheerfully suggests new books to Bear on other subjects than pickles, kings and queens while telling Bear, "Quiet voices in the library." A librarian eventually introduces the two to storytime. The story and the illustrations are charming and humourous. Both the children and the parents will enjoy this title and the others in the series.
