I am not a fan of the Kardashians but I do like this book. To me, Khloe never seemed overweight but with before and after pictures, she now looks to be in amazing physical shape. She started hitting the gym and eating well and the results are stunning. The book contains some simple, delicious recipes as well as tips and advice from Khloe and her health and physical fitness consultants. It does not go overboard though. Just common sense stuff and what one woman did to help stress and her overall physical and mental health. Well done.
