Excellent graphic art but that's just it...the liner notes describes it as a paean to Buenos Aires, the Argentine capital...but somehow it gets lost in really showing what the sidewall metaphor was. Unless it was a dreary, lifeless wall but some of those shots were actually alive like the Argentine spirit after that disastrous economic ruin. I can't find the very raison d'etre of these 2 lost portenos. It's just like anybody's who's lost and I thought Sr. Tarreto could have amplified that...where's the Argentine knack for excellent story-telling?
