Man Eating Bugs

the Art and Science of Eating Insects

This is more of a travelogue about places in the world where the authors had reluctantly--the wife, that is; hubby was enthusiastic--practiced entomophagy. The photographs are beautiful, the stories are well-written, there are a few interesting recipes; that aside, I would hardly describe this a book about "the art and science of eating insects." Dr. Julieta Ramos-Elorduy's _Creepy Crawly Cuisine_ is a much better book if you're looking for the art and science of bug feasting. And the recipes there are terrific!
