The absolute best book for anyone who needs to manage any mammal on the planet whether its a dog, toddler, or killer whale. Easy to read and well-researched, it's title and thinness conceal a wealth of useful information. This is NOT your usual self-help book by any means.

I love this book! It has a lot of information but the presentation is sweetened with animal stories. I use positive reinforcement every day at work and it works!
