Weird, but very funny. Where did Dumont find his Inspector Clouseau? Along the way, a picture of French provincial life is presented in a witty but insightful way.

This is some weird French stuff, and what is with the Detective Capt looking right into the camera, and the parkinson's eye'l Quin is a lil' racist, an a bit of a thug, but the romance with the neighbor girl is sweet, family doesn't get any weirder.
