This is a fast entertaining read primarily because the narrative sounds like the voice over of some blockbuster film involving high stakes cons. That said, the issues are that the stories just aren't that interesting and fizzle out after a big set up. You read for several pages about a young man named Eric and that Judelson keeps getting a bad feeling about the kid but other than talking too much in the joint, we never learn why that's so bad or what happened to him. This is a reoccurring theme where the story of a particular client seems interesting enough but you get set up for nothing and never find out what happened to these people. Judelson also comes across as an arrogant know-it-all with a million connections and his advice consists mostly of common sense. It's still good entertainment whether you've ever needed a bondsman or not.
