CIA boss Lance Cabot hires Stone Barrington to watch over his brother Barton, a former army intelligence officer suffering from amnesia. As Stone discovers, Barton is a spy with a rather unusual hobby: building and restoring antique furniture. Barton is also a man with a past that is linked to the jungles of Vietnam more than thirty years earlier. Stone soon finds out that Barton, and some shady characters of his acquaintance, may be hiding a lot more than just a few forged antiques.

I liked this Audiobook CD by Woods, Stuart. I like this author and his style. It is too violent and sexual for children to listen to. This is a murder mystery sleuthing story. The twists and turns in the story keep you interested. There was an antique dealer in this story which worked with the wood mahogany.

Woods is consistent and good. 7 of 10 for me on this one.

Stuart Woods is a prolific writer with broad range. This novel involves antique furniture, a difficult subject to make exciting even for Woods until disk 7, the last. It saves and moves the rating to 6 of 10 stars.
