A thought this to be a decently portrayed film of an almost impossible and most unlikely situation to ever really happen in the present day professional boxing world. It had some funny lines and scenes, but I was also bothered by the repetitious, unfunny and sexist geriatric "rants" by Razor's (Stallone) fight trainer. I also found that the fight promoter, Dante Slate Jr (played by Kevin Hart) was rather annoying, as was some of the tit-for-tat repore between the two protagonists, Razor and Kid, played by Stallone and De Niro.
The ending does have a surprise appearance by past real heavyweights, but the Special Features of deleted scenes do not add much.

Watched it for about 20 minutes, didn't like any of it, despite the characters being my favorite. Just boring.

Was Robert DeNiro insane, bored, or courageous to be taking on a role like this at his age? The egomaniac that I believe Stallone to be must have relished getting a man who looks like a geriatric in the ring and trying to make us believe the geriatric has a chance of winning. Anyway, it made me watch, so I guess they succeeded...

I knew this was going to bad,but not this bad.At least this so-called comedy actually exposes the fact that the U.F.C. is also rigged, just like the NFL,NBA,MLB,NHL,MLS,NASCAR,and all sports on TV really are in real life.I been saying this for a long time now,but it's extremely shocking to me how Hollywood indirectly exposes this about the U.F.C. without even realizing it.Kevin Hart is still not funny to me,and of course i really don't like the deeply racist images of blacks once again disguised as comedy that are not funny at all period.

“Grudge Match” has a few funny moments (including cameos at the end of the movie) but not much of a story.

I wasn't expecting a whole lot from this movie. Outside of the boxing scenes, it was pretty good to say the least.

A boxing match/rematch between septuagenarian De Niro and the 68 year old Stallone. All the while, can't help but to compare with their younger images as Raging Bull and Rocky.

Although this works as a concept, having two old boxers who hate each other have one last match, it just keeps on making wish that I could have seen a movie where Robert De Niro and Sylvester Stallone had made this movie when they were both in their prime, cause that would have been explosive. As for the movie we do have, it is not a terrible comedy, but it is far from great. The main bright spots are the interactions between Kevin Hart and Alan Arkin, who keep yipping at each other and basically steal the show. But other then that it is a by the numbers predictable comedy with repetitive jokes and a bland outcome

Slate: The Consol Energy Center wants us! Eighteen thousand seats.
Kid: You messing with me?

Slate: No, I ain't messing, you geriatric prick. Pay-per-view and HBO too. I forgot that. Let me tell you, if people buy this thing, do you understand this will set us straight? A different type of money. I'm talking about that Kardashian sex tape type money.
