I only made it 10 minutes into this movie - every other word was profanity, which really makes me sad that they cannot make a movie without that and it would be just as good, and also what's up with the weave on Jason Statham's head at the beginning of the movie - it looked SO fake!!!!!!!!

Pretty suspenseful thriller, but strange casting of Kate Bosworth as a methed-up Southern redneck tweeker and James Franco as her slimy brother. Not to mention Jason Statham trying to subdue his British accent-- to no avail. Sly Stallone doing the screenplay was actually the biggest surprise!

I usually don't like jason Stratham movies, but this one I liked.

Kind of an endurance watching. Too much profanity and kept hoping for it to build up to Jason Stathom's style . Just too predictable and flat .

Generic ex-undercover-agent-tries-to-move-on-but-his-past-catches-up-with-him-imperilling-his-little-kid tale, made vaguely interesting by some truly out-there casting. Stat ham kicks butt, like usual, but the story is absolute nonsense.

Swearing & violence. Totally stupid! Not worth watching!

very good movie

This was a pretty good Stallone project, a movie that held my interest even though I don't care much for violent thrillers. The acting was good, and I could probably watch this again now that I know the story. I was on the edge of my chair. I was not interested in a factual plot so I could just go with the fantasy. I liked this movie.

Ok film. A kind of rehash of an old story of x-cop trying leave his DEA past behind only to have the old, redneck meth gangs find him to exact revenge.

a number of plot holes but the action was good

Jason Statham is very Jason Statham in the Jason Statham film. The story is just so so, with a lot of boring unrealistic side plots that Jason Statham has to deal with, which he does in his routinely Jason Statham way. The action is not very Jason Statham, for a Jason Statham movie, but that is not Jason Stathams fault, he does have much to work with. All in all Jason Statham should have passed on this film, cause his Jason Stathamness was wasted here.

No memorable lines, so this chat between Dad & kid is it:

Daughter: I've learned some cool
stuff in science class. Broker:
I don't believe that.
Daughter: Did you know that the trees
along the river, bald cypress, they can grow, like, 100 feet.
Broker: That is cool.
Daughter: But not as cool as snakes.
Broker: Snakes? Yeah.
Daughter: We've got moccasins'
copperheads, diamondbacks.
Broker: No King cobras, right?
Daughter: Dad' no, King cobras are like, from the far east somewhere.
Broker: That's a relief.
Daughter: Dad? Broker: Yeah?
Daughter: Why did we move out here? Broker: Why? Because there's
no King cobras.
