Add a CommentI like the option to do a full length 60 minute workout or the 30 minute express workout, which isn't offered on the streaming version available through Hoopla. The moves are easy enough for someone who doesn't workout regularly to follow along with, but still leave you feeling like you've done something.
This is a great DVD! I don't love exercise DVD's but it was very well done and tailored to each trimester. I will go out and buy it now.
