OK but if I hadn't already read all the MZB Darkover books I wouldn't have finished this one. Didn't like the main character at all, and the plot was trite and predictable.

A novel set in Marion Zimmer Bradley's Darkover series. The focus is on Regis Hastur's grandchildren---what they're doing, how they're coping---and Regis' missing daughter. As usual, outside forces are creating problems and the ruling Comyn are struggling to be true to themselves and to their world.

Deborah J Ross continues to write about Darkover. Not as rich as MZB's writing. Characters are not as well developed. Interesting and worth reading if your a Darkover fan.
