Just couldn't get into this book. It was nothing like The Shack.

Great book! A little slow at first but captivating book overall!

I enjoyed The Shack much more than Cross Roads. This was a good story, but I found the connections with Jesus and Grandmother not as strong as in The Shack.

If I can recommend only one book our of all the books I've read in my lifetime-this would be it!
I was captivated by the characters, the plot and especially the relationships. I LEARNED from this book.
The Shack left me cold as I can't identify with the main character whose child is stolen away from before his eyes. The CrossRoad main character is just a man who has lost his way in relationships and love. Heck, I have some of that in my life, too.

What would you do if you were given the choice of saving your own life or someone else's life? This book tells of the journey of the main character making that decision.
