Delicious posole!! Saved a spicy jalapeno masa recipe to try with tamales. Yummy!

Really easy to follow recipes that offer exquisite authentic flavor. A variety of recipes are offered and are organized well for quick reference to one's taste buds. The tomatillo and the chicken enchilada recipe are magnificent! Yum!

Very good with excellent description and photos. From scratch Mexican that's also gluten free! Some ingredients may not be found in the Okanagan but most are. The mole (pronounced mole-eh) is very tedious but the result is outstanding! There are recipes for serious chefs AND new to the kitchen cooks. This would be one way to spend a week off in the Winter if you can't afford to travel. Great for couples!
