Zaslow was a wonderful storyteller. He made the town, the shop, the owners and the brides come alive. Woven through was respect he had for those in the book, a sense of wonder about love and relationships and a hopefulness for the future.

Another wonderful book by Zaslow. The joys and tragedies that brought the brides-to-be to Becker Bridal were carefully chosen and beautifully told.
