This portrayal of FDR and his dedicated wife is a real eye-opener. Who knew that he had an affair with Eleanor's social secretary and was flawed in so many other ways, yet became the hero of an entire generation who adored him? A must see.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this two part drama. I agree with jbauman1's comments below and recommend this as both entertainment and inspiration.

This is an excellent drama about a complicated relationship between two brilliant and ambitious individuals. The acting is superb, and the story is engaging.

It's a fascinating true story about two people who lead the American people through the stresses and ravages of WWII and aided their country in countless other ways. .
