I love the tone of this book - pure fun, and let's just quit agonizing over what we weigh, already.
I like the lists of "vows" for each topic: for big thighs and booty, 'I will never wear pleats of any sort.' And here I am, thinking I can hide my assets behind boxy pleats! Well, thank you. Trash that bad idea.

Practical advice on how to minimize specific figure flaws using clothing and hairstyle choices. Which colors, which styles, and even what postures best flatter your particular body and facial shape.

Applicable to all women, but especially larger women or women over 35.

This book could go out of fashion pretty quickly. Some good tips but a bit confusing on what to and not to wear. Over weight is not really large large, just a few pounds over in the books focus. Skips anyone over 25 or 30 lbs. or more. Best bet for those in their 20's and 30's with just a few extra pounds. Looks like it was sponsored by some specialty clothing stores.
