If you are into artificial sweeteners , nonfat and processed products you will like this book. I did not find a lot of the ingredients in many of the recipes to be healthy.
The only problem with this book is it asks for a lot of specific products that are hard to find in order to keep the recipes under 200 calories.
i wasn't that impressed with this title - mainly because of the overwhelming mention of substitutes (egg substitute, sugar substitute...).I don't even know if some of the things she mentioned in this book are even available here.
