This is a light-hearted comedy with two actors who worked wonderfully together: Glenda Jackson and Walter Matthau. Near its end the movie gets a bit silly and rushed, but not badly enough to fast forward. I could also do without the idiotic, juvenile political jibe by Glenda Jackson—it has been a wonder to me that actors really think movie-goers give a rat’s derrière for their political affiliation! Some very good laughs and absolutely hilarious moments make this movie an excellent option for a quiet night with your loved one and some popcorn.
