The album "The Paul Butterfield Blues Band" was the bands first album. The band toured the United States and played the ballrooms in San Francisco in the 60's. Mike Bloomfield was discovered playing fantastic blues licks in the bands live and recorded music. He would later leave the band and start "The Electric Flag Blues Band" which played Monterey Pop Festival. Every cut is great on this album but my favorite is "Born in Chicago". If you like the blues, this is a great band to put on for a "Blues Party"!
