This is a 2007 42-minute documentary about Hurricane Katrina on the Bayou.
Unfolding against the poignant backdrop of the most costly natural disaster in American history, IMAX cameras follow a group of four musicians
as they explore the electrifying culture of New Orleans.
Speeding through the beautiful, alligator-filled bayous on air boarts and recounting their heart-wrenching personal stories of Katrina,
they show us the rapidly disappearing wetlands that are New Orleans' first line of defense againsst deadly storms, and they realize that
the wealth, cultural vitality and the future of New Orleans depend on the preservation of these wetlands.
It is an amazing, shocking and thought-provoking documentary.

Seeing what humans inadvertently- or purposefully- do to the planet can be really heartbreaking. This is a beautifully shot documentary that happened to be shooting around the time of Hurricane Katrina so they were able to capture all of its effects, as well.
