This is a good yoga story. It's great for introducing both the ideas of yoga to children and the idea of yoga classes for kids.

The last page summarizes the poses within the text and offers up three other yoga book resources for kids.

This book is about yoga and being still. It's a good book, I like the story, and I like doing the yoga in it.
