SDH & closed-caption review

This DVD is not accessible for the deaf &/or hearing impaired. The DVD cover jacket (and SPL bibliographic entry) states
"English and Hebrew with English subtitles."
This is incorrect; the Hebrew language dialogue is sub-titled.
The English language narration [interwoven throughout the film] has neither subtitles nor closed-captioning.
The distributor of the film did not reply when asked if they plan to release a print accessible to the hearing impaired.
