This book is FAR better than Twilight. This is set in a different world, not in our modern society. If you are seeking a book that is urban fantasy, this is not it. This is true fantasy book and well worth the read.

This book was not what I expected. I picked it up expecting a Twilight-like read. This novel held much more variety than Stephanie Meyer seems to have accomplished in a whole series. The characterization is still a little lacking though.
