Perfect for divorcing couples with teens, especially dads with daughers and mom's too, will benefit. Compelling fast read. This story deeply explores the transformative powers true love can bring to family relationships. This one is between a father and his teenage daughter and son. Through the eyes of an ordinary single dad, Goodwin tells an honest soul searching story of a father's love for his kids and his inadequate preparation as a parent. On a late weekend night, in a vain and reckless attempt to rescue his daughter, he gets himself into a mess of trouble with the police and legal system. The story is about a family and divorce; a teenage party gone terribly wrong awakes tender parental love. Humble inspiration with haunting normalness.
