This book contained a lot of good principles and a good approach to living out your calling. His main point is that you don't have to search for that calling; it should express itself naturally. Thankfully there were not too many anecdotes, although they were all related to his life and personal experience.
I enjoyed this short book - good philosophic ideas and metaphors to help one through life's tough spots.
I wish he'd not focused so much on himself and included more of other peoples ideas/struggles/stories too. As it is, it's only one story and good learnings from that story.
This book is very thought-provoking. It is a story told using the author's life as an example, however many of his thoughts and insights are applicable to anyone. Sometimes it is a little hoaky and cliche-ish, but if you can look past those, there is a good message.
I think this book would be more meaningful to people who are struggling with where they are in life and would like to change it.
