Not even Phil Spector can ruin the Beatles' last album, with such classics as "Across The Universe", "Let It Be" and "Get Back" being the most famous among this set of songs.

The non-spectorized version is easily found and is titled "Let It Be...Naked".

Though some might think that this was not the Beatles best album due to Phil Spectors overproduction and heavyhanded editing, I found that I couldn't get enough and listened to it along with the Abbey Road CD. I even put it on random select on my CD player just to see how the songs meshed together, I just can find no fault with it. I just wish that I could have experienced it the first time when the album was new I'm sure it would have changed my life in a most profound way. I would be interested in hearing the alternative version without the Phil Spector alterations.
