It was good but I grew too frustrated with Adelina at times.

I definitely enjoyed this just as much as the first one. There were a lot of great moments that took place, which pretty much excused the flaws I had with it. I really liked how it was focused more on Ronan (my favorite raven boy) than any of the others. We learn so much about him and the baggage he always has to carry around. I also really liked the new characters that were introduced and how we, at first, thought of them in one way and completely have different feelings about them towards the end. Hopefully, the next book is just as entertaining.I definitely enjoyed this just as much as the first one. Fantastic book, I couldn't put it down. Each page just left you wanting more. Mara is hilarious at times and down right scary in others making her a compelling character to read. The things her mind goes through that we read about are insane, making you feel like your going insane with her. Each moment just kept you on your toes. Oh, and Noah Shaw? definitely swoon worthy.Fantastic book, I couldn't put it down. Each page just left you wanting more. An enjoyable read. The characters go through many adventures together and found them quite fascinating. This book is a great start to a series.

To be completely honest, the only reason why I decided to read this is because of the cover. It's probably one of the best book covers I've seen in a while, enough to actually interest me. With that said, the actual book was quite enjoyable. Its very fast paced and goes straight into the story. I really like the idea of traveling dimensions and exploring that world through alternate versions of you. Each dimension the main character visits is either close to her own or completely different, making it fun to read. I didn't really connect with the characters as much as I wanted to though. Some things were predictable but still kept me intrigued. The ending did feel a little flat for me since I was expecting a grand finale with all that's happened. Overall, it was good read. If you're into adventure and like the idea of traveling through different dimensions, definitely give this book a try.To be completely honest, the only reason why I decided to read this is because of the cover. A pleasant surprise! I have no idea why I waited so long to read this but I'm glad I did. Like many people have said, this book is definitely not what you expect it to be. It did start a little slow in the beginning but as you read more, the story slowly reveals things and starts to pick up. I also enjoyed all the characters especially the presence they each carry with them. In the end, I'm glad I gave this book a try. It's refreshing to see something different for a change and this is definitely something special.A pleasant surprise! I have no idea why I waited so long to read this but I'm glad I did. It's going to be extremely hard to let this series go. After reading Angelfall I knew this series would be an instant favorite. Though this is the weakest out of the trilogy, I still had fun reading it. I understand why some people might not like it as much, but I managed to enjoy it for what it was. Hope to read more of this author soon :DIt's going to be extremely hard to let this series go. After reading Angelfall I knew this series would be an instant favorite. I enjoyed reading Dark Places. Writing is fantastic and pulls you in from the start and keeps you guessing to the very end. The characters were flawed and broken. Libby I actually enjoyed reading about. She felt so real. Like Gone Girl a bit more but definitely had a great time reading this.I enjoyed reading Dark Places. Definitely preferred the first one after reading this. It had some good moments but had way to many boring parts in my opinion. I wasn't very captivated as much as i was in "My life next door"

I really enjoyed reading this. One of the few books that actually surprised me. I knew what the plot twist was but everything after that threw me off. I liked how terrible the characters were and how flawed they are. You really didn't know who's side you were on. The ending didn't bother me as much as I thought it would. Great read overall. Words can't express how much I loved this book. Colleen Hoover never disappoints. This book, by far is the best book she's written. She knows how to make you feel the emotions the characters go through and it makes reading this a much better experience. And having a soundtrack for the novel makes it more real because you actually know what the songs sound like, making it so much more enjoyable.Words can't express how much I loved this book.
